④「これは最もひどい事故の一つです」という意味に→「最も～のうちの一つ」は「one of the 最上級＋名詞s」の形。「いくつかのものの一つ」を表すので、名詞が複数形であることに注意！

⑤「これは私が今までに知っている中で最もひどい事故の一つです」という意味に→④に「私が今までに知っている」を付け足す
